Digital Product Nature

PIO SIM eSIMs are digital, non-tangible, and non-returnable products.
Once an eSIM profile is successfully registered, installed, activated, or used, it cannot be returned, exchanged, reused, or refunded, except in the limited cases outlined below.


Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund ONLY under the following conditions:

  1. eSIM Not Registered Due to System Error

    • Payment was completed successfully

    • BUT the eSIM was not registered, not generated, or not delivered

    • AND the failure occurred due to a technical or system issue from PIO SIM’s side

  2. Non-Delivery of eSIM

    • The eSIM was not delivered to your registered email within the promised time (usually within the stated delivery timeframe)

    • AND the issue cannot be resolved by our support team

  3. Activation Failure Caused by Our System

    • You were unable to activate the eSIM

    • AND our technical support confirms the issue originated from our platform or infrastructure

    • AND the eSIM was not successfully registered or used

📌 Important:
If an eSIM is successfully registered or activated, it is considered used, and no refund will be issued.


No Refund Will Be Issued If

❌ Refunds will NOT be granted for the following reasons:

  • The eSIM has been successfully registered or activated

  • Incorrect or unsupported device compatibility (when clearly stated on our website)

  • Improper installation or user error

  • Unused data, partial usage, or remaining balance

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Poor network performance due to location, coverage, or local telecom restrictions


Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Contact PIO SIM Support within 48 hours of purchase

  2. Provide your order number and a clear explanation of the issue

  3. Cooperate with our technical team for troubleshooting if required

PIO SIM reserves the right to verify all refund claims before approval.


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on the payment provider)

  • Any transaction or gateway fees may be non-refundable where applicable


Fraud & Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks, false claims, or abuse of the refund system may result in:

  • Refund denial

  • Account suspension

  • Permanent service restriction

PIO SIM reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on our website and will take effect immediately.
